Project Manager job for a design & build company based in Yorkshire paying up to £35k on unique projects

Your new company is one of the UK's leading design and build companies who are looking for a Project Manager. The company work on new build and fit-out projects ranging in value from £50k through to £10 million working with some of the UK most high profile clients on their flagship projects nationally.

Your new role
Your new job will be covering projects with a value of between £500k - £10 million. You will be working closely with project teams, managing, making sure the projects run smoothly & efficiently.
You will take full responsibility & ownership of a number of projects running both nationally & internationally. You will be expected to run an efficient project, keeping HSE in sight at all times & ensuring the quality project is delivered.
You will be expected to manage cash flow, compile monthly valuations & invoices and monitoring contract costs and understanding and identifying overspending. You will work closely with the contract manager to deliver monthly cost reports, pricing and agreeing variations with both the client and sub-contractors during project tenders. Detailed project programmes with be written up, including critical milestones in order to drive the project forward to completion date.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered you must have some quantity surveying experience with a desire to work across project management too. You must have a construction related qualification.
