New Homes Sales Consultant
Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant looking for your next project?
My client are a highly regarded and leading residential developer in London; due to company growth and new sites planned for 2018/ 2019 they are looking for a talented new homes sales consultant. You will be joining an experienced team on a new site of 300 units on the first phase. The development consists of studios to 3 bedroom apartments and modern town houses, all affordable housing.
Due to the volume of units and fast paced environment it is essential that the new member of the team has experience selling New Homes and has the ability and drive to carry viewings and generate offers.
- You must have at least 18 months experience within the new homes sector
- Previous experience working for a residential developer is preferred but not essential
- Proven track record of a high volume sales
- The ability to work productively alone and part of a team
- Well presented, punctual and organised
